About the Role
As a Casting Agent for Stud Model Project, you will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and developing new talent. This is a remote, commission-based position, ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for the modeling industry. You will work independently, utilizing your network and expertise to scout and sign exceptional models, while earning commissions based on your successful placements.
Responsibilities & Requirements

Identify and recruit aspiring models through various channels, including social media, referrals, and scouting events.
Evaluate potential talent to ensure they meet Stud Model Project's standards and criteria.
Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to determine the suitability of candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with models, providing guidance and support throughout their careers.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and match them with the right talent.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
Manage and update the talent database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Requirements:
Proven experience in casting, talent scouting, or a related field within the modeling or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of the modeling industry, including current trends and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using social media and other digital platforms for scouting talent.
A broad network of industry contacts is highly desirable.
