QING OF THE JUNGLE, MIAMI: Photoshoot Pop-up - (Non-Members)

About Us:

We run a creative company specialized in stock photos of masculine lesbians of color (studs) and other queer cis-gender women on the masculine spectrum for business and commercial use, primarily to LGBTQ-friendly organizations.

At the Stud Model Project, our goal is to provide a standard of excellence for talented models who center their identity in masculinity. As a platform, we offer media exposure in a way that breaks the barriers and truly showcases the impeccable talents that deserve to be captured for a viewing audience.

While society has moved in a direction that embraces unique individuals rather than just those who meet the standard, the Stud Model Project aims higher to provide more for the LGBTQIA community. With an array of services that offer an experience for content creation and overall creative range, we strive to defy the beauty and gender standards with a positive narrative change in the industry and our models.

Event Details:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please show up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, you may be turned away if you arrive late. Covid-19 health questionnaire and model release agreements must be completed and signed before the beginning of your session. 

Special guest photographer Drey Tho of Drey Tho Photography will be our creative eye on set. Drey is a creative photographer with a keen eye for shadows and light play.  She is also a stud, so she is familiar with the style of modeling that stud model project portrays.  Drey also worked with us on the set of Stud Model Project: The series and with her infectious, we have partnered with her as our go-to photographer for our Florida models. Originally from the Caribbeans, now calls Miami, FL home.

Theme:

"CONTEMPORARY FASHION"

The theme of this shoot is JUNGLE THEMED! This session will be a creative editorial fashion concept inspired by Vogue, GQ, Harber' Bazaar, and many other high-fashion publications. Think African print, heavy contract patterns, textures, animal prints, sustainable accessories, wild hair, but remember to keep it high-fashion. 

This shoot should feel rich (purple, blues, reds), natural (green, black, white), and luxurious (Gold, animal print, Texture i.e Fur).

How it works:

Each model will share a 30-minute session with 2 other models. These sessions will move quickly with only 5 minutes of transition time! We will capture individual shots, including group shots, so it is essential to honor the photoshoot theme to tell a cohesive story.

11:50 am - 12:10 pm (Registration & Photographer set up)

12:10 pm - 12:30 pm (Session 1)

12:40 pm - 1:00 pm (Session 2) 

1:10 pm - 1:30 pm (Session 3) 

1:40 pm - 2:00 pm (Session 4) 

2:10 pm - 2:30 pm (Session 5) 

2:40 pm - 3:00 pm (Session 6)

3:10 pm - 3:30 pm (Session 7)

3:40 pm - 4:00 pm (Session 8) Group & Breakdown

Restrictions:

Due to the current climate, the building has very strict capacity rules which limits us to 20 people in the space at a time including SMP staff.  There is a zero-tolerance policy for loitering in common spaces.   We will rotate models in order to abide by this capicity restriction and control the time slots.  There is a mask policy in affect for all common areas, so please bring a mask.  Absolutely NO GUESTS.
