This website, mobile app, and associated services are operated by Stud+ Model Project (SMP). Throughout this document, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stud+ Model Project. By accessing and using our website, mobile app, and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Terms

By using our services, purchasing memberships, booking sessions, or engaging with our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and app, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Access and Use

Eligibility:
Users must be the age of majority (adult) in their jurisdiction or have parental consent to use our services.

Prohibited Use:
You may not use our platform for illegal activities, to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, solicit other members for dating or romantic relationships, or to transmit harmful software. Breach of these terms may result in termination of access and possible legal actions.

3. Membership and Subscription

Membership Options:

  • Annual Membership: Access to exclusive features for a 12-month period.

  • Subscription Plans: Sessions subscription options for training, workshops, and photoshoots.

Cancellation and Suspension:
Membership fees are non-refundable. Subscription plans may be canceled or suspended at any time.

4. Services Offered

Stud+ Model Project provides services including but not limited to:

  • Access to training programs, workshops, and photoshoot sessions.

  • Use of the SMP mobile app for casting calls, group discussions, and event bookings.

  • Exclusive community access for networking and development.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

5. Fees and Payments

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions and bookings must be paid in advance.

  • Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, videos, and materials created through SMP services, remains the property of Stud+ Model Project unless explicitly stated otherwise. Models may purchase limited-use rights for personal purposes.

7. Liability and Safety

  • Members are responsible for their own safety and that of their guests during SMP events.

  • SMP provides clean and safe spaces but is not liable for travel, lodging, or medical expenses.

  • SMP reserves the right to deny access to services in the event of misconduct or safety concerns.

8. User Content

By submitting content (comments, posts, or media) through our platform, you grant SMP the right to edit, distribute, and display this content in connection with our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes must first be addressed directly with SMP via written notice.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to relevant consumer protection agencies or pursued legally in accordance with U.S. and Georgia laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
