MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions between Stud Model Project (“SMP,” “Agency,” “we,” or “our”) and the Member (“you” or “Member”) upon acceptance of membership. By joining SMP, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Membership Terms

a. Annual Membership
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of acceptance.

b. Sessions Subscription
Additional services are available on a pay-per sessions subscription basis, billed separately.

c. Cancellation or Suspension

  • Members may cancel or suspend their membership at any time without penalties.

  • Annual and monthly fees are non-refundable after payment.

  • Monthly subscriptions may be suspended for up to 90 days upon request.

2. Membership Benefits

a. App Access
Members gain exclusive access to the Stud+ Model Project App, blog, including groups, shoot calendars, events, members, training programs, and casting calls.

b. Complimentary Session
Receive four complimentary sessions during your 12-month membership period. Active membership is required.

c. Professional Guidance
Communicate with SMP staff and industry professionals via the app for tips and feedback.

d. Photoshoot Calendar
Access the calendar to view and subscribe to annual plans and sessions for portfolio development.

e. Training Access
Limited online training is available to all active members. Advanced training is available with sessions subscriptions.

f. Workshops & Events
Enjoy exclusive access to public and private workshops and events hosted or promoted by SMP.

g. Online Model Lounge
Join a supportive community of models for networking, support, and collaboration. SMP does not secure bookings on behalf of members.

3. Membership Fees

a. Annual Membership

  • Fee: $199, billed annually until canceled.

b. Sessions Subscription Plans

  • BASIC: $39/1 Session

  • PREMIUM: $89/3 Sessions

  • ELITE: $159/6 Sessions

  • Plans can be canceled anytime without penalty.

c. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • Contact SMP for payment errors before initiating chargebacks, which may result in account revocation.​

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

a. Booking Window

Sessions can be booked up to 60 days in advance and no later than 2 days before the session date.

b. Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ Hours Before Session: Cancelations made more than 48 hours prior to the session will incur no fee.

  • 24-48 Hours Before Session: Cancelations made between 24-48 hours prior to the session will incur a $10 fee.

  • Within 24 Hours: Cancelations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a $20 fee.

c. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in a $20 fee and may impact your ability to book future sessions.

d. Rescheduling:

Members can reschedule at any time without penalty, as long as the request is made at least 48 hours before the session.

5. Safety Measures

a. Member Responsibility
Members are responsible for their own safety and that of any guests at SMP events or photoshoots.

b. Styling and Session Sharing
Members handle their own styling and may share session time with other paying members.

c. SMP Facilities
SMP ensures clean, safe, and inclusive spaces for creative work. Travel, lodging, and other related expenses are the responsibility of the member.

6. Termination

a. Grounds for Termination
Violation of this Agreement, Terms and Conditions, or SMP policies may result in termination.

b. Intellectual Property
All media captured by SMP photographers is the sole property of SMP. Members may purchase limited-use rights for personal purposes. Sharing raw media files is strictly prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution

a. Initial Resolution
Disputes should first be addressed directly with SMP by providing detailed written notice and allowing 60 days for resolution.

b. Further Escalation
Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or local consumer protection agencies.

c. Legal Action
If necessary, legal remedies may be pursued under United States and Georgia law.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
