Stud+ Model Project is an Atlanta-based boutique mother agency representing masc-of-center talent—masculine-presenting women, trans masculine, nonbinary, and tomboy creatives—across fashion, entertainment, and brand storytelling. Since 2012, we’ve helped expand what representation looks like by connecting authentic talent to paid opportunities and delivering campaigns that feel real, respectful, and culturally current.

Team

Teresa Morcho is the Founder + CEO of STUD+ MODEL PROJECT and Head of Brand & Strategic Partnership, building a premium pipeline for masc-of-center talent to be seen, booked, and paid. With dedicated years in the military and over 10 years in business technology sales, she brings disciplined project management, sharp prospecting, and the ability to close deals that protect both the brand and the talent. Teresa is known for matching the perfect talent to the right campaign, aligning story, look, and energy with what the client actually needs. As a queer Cameroonian, she’s passionate about human-rights activism through art and creative technology, using innovation to expand access and elevate authentic representation. A fierce mama-bear, Teresa runs a tight yet loving ship—high standards, real care, and results you can measure.

Since debuting their modeling career in 2019, Moses Battiest has built a diverse portfolio across high fashion, campaigns, editorials, runway, and film—while proudly representing Black and genderqueer communities. As a Black trans-masculine model, they understand the industry’s barriers firsthand and the tools needed to push beyond them. Their pivot into scouting was driven by the urgent need for LGBTQ+ representation and the belief that unconventional talent deserves global visibility. With experience across agencies in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Germany, and Paris, Moses helps STUD+ MODEL PROJECT discover new faces and guide talent toward award-level success.

Jarvis Michael Blake is STUD+ MODEL PROJECT’s resident PR lead, writer, and set manager, bringing story, structure, and polish to every campaign. Based in Atlanta, he’s a writer, podcaster, and storyteller known for thought-provoking work that explores human emotion, culture, and the realities shaping modern life. As the creator of TinyTitans Media and host of The Jarvis Show, he knows how to turn real experiences into narratives that move people and spark conversation. At STUD+, Jarvis supports talent and brand partners by shaping press-ready messaging, capturing the “why” behind each project, and keeping productions running smoothly on set. His approach blends emotional depth with strategic clarity—so the work hits, and it lands.
